You will take charge of employee relations (ER) matters, including conducting thorough investigations and facilitating termination discussions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain precision in HR analytics, employee documentation, and compliance oversight.
- Effectively handle ER situations with confidence.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and policy enforcement.
- Implement HR initiatives that align with corporate objectives, managing timelines and priorities.
- Ensure HR practices are current and compliant with regulations.
- Promote a positive workplace atmosphere through engagement strategies and feedback systems.
Required Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5 certification is mandatory.
