Sales Executive Leader

Working Hours: Any 5 days in 7. Flexibility required for weekends and some early evenings.
Reports To: General Manager / Head of Sales
Role Overview & Responsibilities- Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives for functions, memberships, and golf-related services.
- Guide, mentor, and enhance the skills of the sales team to achieve designated KPIs and outcomes.
- Optimize revenue potential through effective pricing strategies and strong business insight.
- Onboard, train, and continuously support each sales executive with constructive feedback.
- Successfully convert leads into clients/members through proactive engagement and follow-up.
- Lead all sales initiatives, including prospecting, follow-up communications, and venue tours.
- Ensure comprehensive understanding and execution of all sales protocols.
- Boost the club's presence in social media and the local community.
- Act as a vital member of the club's leadership team, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Develop strong relationships with department heads to gain insight into all sales aspects, from weddings to golf memberships.
Burhill Golf & Leisure is a vibrant venue specializing in golf, weddings, and events. Established in 1992, it features 27 holes of golf, a 9-hole short course, a 30-bay floodlit driving range, and a historic farmhouse with marquee facilities for functions.
The club boasts a full calendar of member competitions with over 750 members.

This position is ideal for an accomplished Sales Manager capable of driving business growth and generating revenue while maximizing opportunities through both new and existing channels.
The role encompasses responsibility for revenue generation from Functions and Events, Golf Memberships, and Golf Day bookings.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies, with the ability to adapt, coach, and implement effective business practices.
A proven track record of achieving results and leading a team is essential. You will oversee multiple revenue streams and ensure performance aligns with targets.
