Are you passionate about sales and managing a team? Do you want to join a company that offers excellent career prospects? Our client is a leading Telford business; they are currently seeking a motivated, driven and experienced Telesales Team Leader to join their team.

In return, they are offering a salary of £25k per annum plus an excellent commission package.

**Your new role**:

- You will be focusing on qualifying and booking appointments for our field sales team.
- You will be required to generate opportunities by contacting potential customers from our CRM database and manage your own pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly appointment targets.
- Listen to the needs of customer and help find a solution from our product portfolio.
- Help customers understands the benefits of moving.
- Attend regular training sessions and sales days to improve your product knowledge and self-development.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- **Experience within a similar role with Sales**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
