In return, they are offering a salary of £23,500 per annum plus uncapped commission.

**Your new role**:

- Qualifying and booking appointments for field sales teams.
- Generate opportunities by speaking to customers on the CRM database.
- Listen to customers’ needs to find a solution for product portfolio.
- Attend regular training sessions and sales day to improve your product knowledge.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- **Experience within a Business Development role is desirable but not essential.**
- Self-Starter who is motivated by targets and incentives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
