An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Executive to join our B2B team.
We are looking for someone who is articulate, enthusiastic and driven to make outbound calls and secure appointments for our Business Development team.
You will be working alongside a small and supportive back office function who are highly experienced in the facilities industry.
The role is office based, however we can offer flexibility with hours and can offer 16 - 20 per week. Commission will be paid for any appointments that result in a contract.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Making outbound calls to convert prospects and leads into appointments.
- Influencing prospective customers through positive and solution driven conversations.
- Updating the CRM system to ensure accuracy of data.
- Arranging appointments for the Business Development Team.
**You Will Need**
- Excellent communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Good Sales ability.
- The ability to be patient and engaging with potential customers.
- Resilience to be able to handle rejection and use the experience to develop contact strategies.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to navigate a CRM database.
The role will involve working with the ACT CRM system, but full training will be provided.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 - 20 per week
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
