We are seeking a skilled Customer Relations Officer to join our team at Reed, a leading job market expert. As a Customer Relations Officer, you will play a vital role in managing and resolving stage 1 complaints for a Social Housing association.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling stage 1 complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing role within social housing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations with a calm and professional approach.
