Job Title: Receptionist - Front Desk Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at PartnersHealth. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient flow and coordinate appointments
  • Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process patient registrations and updates
  • Handle patient payments and billing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software
