Duty Manager Night Shift Leader

About the Role:- As a Duty Manager Night, you'll be responsible for overseeing the unit's opening and closing, ensuring operational excellence and adhering to guidelines.
- You'll take charge of creating a clean, welcoming atmosphere that surpasses customer expectations, consistently aiming to improve service.
- Guide and support your colleagues, maintaining a safe working and dining environment while being the go-to person for day-to-day queries.
- Coordinate team efforts, focusing on operational efficiency and staying informed about unit performance.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in hospitality or retail
- Ability to take charge of creating a clean, welcoming atmosphere and guiding your team to success
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
