Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure the store is clean, safe, and welcoming for customers, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
