Position: VP of Customer Success & Logistics

In this pivotal role, you will guide and motivate the leadership team to improve customer satisfaction and streamline operational workflows. You will develop and implement strategies that proactively meet customer needs and resolve potential challenges, collaborating with existing Customer Success and Technical Support teams to enhance the overall service experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong affinity for technology; however, prior experience in the tech industry is not mandatory, and a background in alternative sectors is encouraged.

Location: Flexible work arrangement with a combination of in-office and remote work.

Key Qualifications for the VP of Customer Success and Logistics:

  • Proven experience in a senior position that merges process management, logistics, and customer experience, ideally within a major hospitality organization known for its superior service.
  • While a background in technology is not essential, candidates should demonstrate a clear interest in tech, such as relevant educational qualifications or experience in overseeing tech initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills are crucial, as this role requires extensive interaction.
  • Confidence in engaging with C-suite executives and senior management is essential, as this position serves in an advisory capacity without direct management responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities for the VP of Customer Success and Logistics:

Your responsibilities will include evaluating and enhancing business processes and customer experiences. Key tasks will involve:

  • Process Evaluation and Enhancement: Assessing current operational workflows and customer interactions to identify opportunities for improvement. Implementing changes to ensure streamlined operations and an outstanding customer experience.
  • Advisory Role: Acting as a consultant to the senior leadership team, offering insights and recommendations for necessary adjustments. Collaborating with leadership to devise and execute strategies that mitigate potential issues.
  • Comprehensive Evaluation: Conducting thorough assessments across various areas, from onboarding new clients to managing software updates for numerous users, ensuring robust processes are established for seamless operations.
  • Customer Experience Oversight: Managing the experience of users during software rollouts and other significant interactions, ensuring a consistently high level of service and satisfaction.

This newly established role will be instrumental in transforming customer experience and operational efficiency, ensuring the organization operates smoothly while delivering top-tier service.
