Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives
- Lead a team of customer marketing professionals to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints
- Analyze customer data and insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize customer engagement
- Manage and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure effective customer segmentation and targeting
- Develop and manage our marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI
- Work closely with our creative and content teams to ensure all marketing assets are on-brand and effective
- Collaborate with our growth manager and TSOL At Work teams to maximize growth opportunities from subscribers and corporate clients
- Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with a focus on customer marketing and experience working with physical and digital products and services
- Proven experience in successful campaign delivery and data-driven decision making
- Strong understanding of content performance metrics and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
