About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and sales support to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
  • Provide product demonstrations and recommendations to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
