Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fashion jewellery and accessories.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, through effective merchandising and sales techniques.
- Work collaboratively with the host management teams to build strong relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required, to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing setting, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Sales and retail sales experience is preferred.
- Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system of Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
- Free jewellery, with a monthly allowance of £25-£55.
- Flexible working hours, allowing you to work at times that suit you.
- No weekend working.
