Job Title: Retail Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Merchandise our product to visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with the host management teams to build strong relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing setting, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid UK driving license.
