Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Retail Team in our new store opening in Bath. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every store visit is memorable and meets our customers' needs.
- Work closely with customers to understand their sleep preferences and advise them on high-value purchases, using our market-leading sleep technology to find the perfect mattress.
- Contribute to maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including general housekeeping, cleaning, and updating displays.
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our customers and the business.
