As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting our 'fulfil from store' delivery service, and contributing to the success of our Christmas and Sales periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Pick stock accurately and efficiently for online order fulfilment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Pack stock carefully to send out to our customers, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador, promoting our brand values and products to customers.
