Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Utilize strong link selling skills to increase sales and meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
  • Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and market developments to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Ensure the store and stockroom are maintained in a clean and organized manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and innovation in responding to changing business needs.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hospitality or retail is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for fashion and retail, with a desire to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.
