Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fashion jewellery and accessories.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, through effective merchandising and sales techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the host management teams to build strong relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required, to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Sales and retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system of Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
  • Free jewellery, with a monthly allowance of £25-£55.
  • Flexible working hours, allowing you to work at times that suit you.
  • No weekend working.
