**Job Title:** Student Support Specialist

**Job Type:** Part-time, Flexible

**Location:** Bristol, UK

**About the Role:

  • We are seeking a Student Support Specialist to join our team at Randstad, providing support to students with mental health needs in the Bristol area.
  • As a Student Support Specialist, you will work closely with students to help them reflect on their experiences, manage anxiety and stress, and develop strategies to overcome barriers.
  • You will also assist students in achieving a balance between academic and everyday activities, and help them build confidence by leveraging their existing strengths.
  • Our ideal candidate will be able to travel to local universities or colleges, providing a mix of in-person and online sessions tailored to student preferences.
  • You will be required to work flexibly, selecting your own schedule, and will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of £28, plus accrued holiday pay.

**Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to local universities or colleges
