Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Administrator for a thriving manufacturing organization. This role is essential for managing all administrative tasks related to the project team while also handling general sales inquiries and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming communications, including answering calls and taking messages.
  • Act as the primary contact for client projects.
  • Interpret client drawings, develop codes, and convert drawings into detailed quotes.
  • Follow up on quotes and ensure timely responses.
  • Issue, save, and upload all project-related drawings.
  • Maintain the CRM system with accurate contact details, engineer notes, drawings, and pricing information.
  • Oversee the project department's email correspondence.
  • Schedule future orders for customers.
  • Update project pricing lists and cost estimates regularly.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or project administration.
  • Background in manufacturing or engineering is preferred.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems is essential.
  • Knowledge of Pegasus Opera is a plus.
  • Willingness to commit to a maternity cover contract.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Salary: £25,000
