Position Overview:

A Project Administrator is sought for a thriving manufacturing organization. This role is essential for managing all administrative tasks associated with the project team, as well as handling general sales inquiries and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming communications, including answering calls, taking messages, and redirecting inquiries.
  • Act as the primary contact for client projects.
  • Interpret client drawings, perform coding, and break down drawings into detailed quotes.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes and ensure timely responses.
  • Issue, save, and upload all relevant drawings.
  • Maintain the CRM system with up-to-date contact information, engineer notes, drawings, and pricing.
  • Oversee the project department's email communications.
  • Schedule future orders for customers.
  • Update project pricing lists and cost estimates.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales or project administration.
  • A background in manufacturing or engineering is preferred.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems is essential.
  • Familiarity with Pegasus Opera is a plus.
  • Willingness to commit to a maternity cover contract of approximately 12 months.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Salary: £25,000
