Mechanical Project Manager

Your new company, a well-established Mechanical contractor with a fantastic reputation, seeks a Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.
The client has a consistently growing pipeline of work, mainly with the public sector, with some private work and projections of £2 million.
The client types include schools, trusts, and universities, with 80% of their work typically within a 20-mile radius.
Your New RoleYou will work as a Mechanical Project Manager on various projects, usually overseeing 3 projects at a time, with values between £50,000 to £1.5 Million.
Project types can be varied, including decarbonation of schools, school refurbishment, and airsource heat pump installation.
What You'll Need to SucceedYou will be preferable an experienced Mechanical Project Manager within building services from any discipline.
However, applicants with a strong Mechanical Supervisor background or those who have been working as Mechanical Design Engineers looking to make a switch are also considered.
What You'll Get in Return£40,000 to £60,000 + Car Allowance, 20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (+ 3 extra days over the Christmas break)
