We design, install, and maintain all types of automatically operating fire extinguishing systems and electronically activated fire detection and alarm systems for large projects through to servicing small standalone products. **Why are we Recruiting? **We are growing our Service Department, who cover clients nationwide. We pride ourselves on excellent service and delivery, after installation servicing is key to keeping our clients systems fully compliant and operational. Whether it is special risk, detection or any sprinkler system, we provide service and maintenance of systems combined with 24/7 emergency call-out.

**What Does A Service Coordinator Do?**

Based in our Stourbridge office the service coordinator, is part of the service team who coordinate the work for our field based service engineers. Liaising with clients and engineers, managing, planning and booking work for our Service Engineers on our software system, to optimise efficiency and provide an excellent customer experience for our clients. The service coordinator will also complete administrative tasks to ensure all client documentation and account information is up to date.

**Skills Relevant to the role**
- Planning and organisation to be able to manage multiple service dairies and bookings
- Polite, professional, pleasant attitude, capable of communicating diplomatically to strengthen customer relationships.
- Strong verbal communication skills and excellent telephone manner to be able to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Good UK geographical knowledge to assist with job planning and booking optimisation
- Be IT literate on Outlook and Microsoft Office and other booking and dispatch software, Job Logic knowledge is desirable.
- Strong administrative skills to be able to update client records and portals, order materials, raise permits and PO's
- Ability to problem solve and use own initiative and know when to escalate a problem
- Be flexible and have a can do hands on team player attitude
- Be punctual and reliable
- Provide an excellent customer experience
