An Opportunity for a Service co-ordinator in an office based role.

The role will require you to speak with clients, employees & sub contractors, to organise service attendances whilst also issuing reports and chasing remedial quotes.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for clients
- Maintain accurate records of client information and service requests
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on service appointments and address any concerns or questions
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of service requests
- Assist in managing inventory of parts and supplies needed for service appointments
- Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette to assist clients with inquiries

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in using Microsoft/equivalent for managing documents, spreadsheets, and calendars
- Strong clerical and administrative skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with computerized accounting systems is a plus
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
