Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator and Business Operations Specialist to join our Events and Commercial team at Hiredonline. As an Event Coordinator and Business Operations Specialist, you will provide administrative support for the effective delivery of both online and in-person events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the Events and Commercial team, including coordinating event logistics, managing event schedules, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Events and Commercial Manager to develop and implement event strategies and plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, speakers, and sponsors, ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, event management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software.
