About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic events agency as an Event Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of events across various sectors, including conferences, team building, employee engagement, internal communications, and incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are executed to the highest standards
  • Coordinate delegate registration, on-site support, and event coordination
  • Liaise with suppliers and clients to ensure timely and effective communication
  • Research and recommend venues, suppliers, and costs for client pitches
  • Manage project timelines, track costs, and ensure successful project delivery
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop innovative event concepts

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 1 year of experience working in an event agency and a strong passion for delivering exceptional events. You will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
