At Eden Hotel Collection, we're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in leading our Restaurant and Bar teams to achieve this goal.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll oversee the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, ensuring that every guest receives an unforgettable experience. You'll work closely with our Exec Chef and senior team to craft and design the operational delivery behind our food concepts, leading by example to deliver intuitive and memorable service.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to delivering exceptional experiences to guests;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a 'can-do' attitude and a love for the buzz of being busy;
- Experience at Restaurant Manager/supervisor level within a variety of environments, bringing broad experience to the role;
- Strong leadership skills, with proven experience of team retention and excellent communication skills;
- Ability to lead a team of 30+ members, with excellent English language skills, both written and spoken;
- Experience working within an environment within the consortia's of Pride of Britain, Relais & Chateaux, or Small Luxury Hotels of the World would be ideal;
