The Role

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will work closely with our distribution partners to provide comprehensive sales support and represent our leading coffee machine brand at exhibitions. This national role requires a strong focus on new business development, managing a small portfolio of existing accounts, and developing a route to market for distribution sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in existing and new markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and end-users to ensure excellent customer service and support.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Manage a network of dealers and develop a route to market for distribution sales.
  • Upsell and cross-sell solutions to existing customers to increase revenue and profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in new business development within a B2B environment, preferably in the vending or catering equipment industry.
  • Strong numeracy and IT skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
