About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Development Advisor to join our team at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. As a key member of our Organisational Change and Development Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the change and integration agenda in health and care in the city.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-create an approach to change with service teams
  • Challenge everyday thinking in a way that supports and coaches service leads
  • Build positive relationships using excellent facilitation and analytical skills to support whole system change
  • Work with the HSCP's Core Leadership Groups and the wider SMT to lead on and provide organisational change and development support
Requirements
  • Experience working within Health and Social Care or similar complex organisations
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity and to work through this with different audiences
  • Exemplary leadership skills and the ability to demonstrate constructive challenge at all levels of the organisation
  • Familiarity with behavioural and cultural change theory and the ability to translate theory to practice for a range of staff and professional groupings
