Mace is a global consultancy and construction company that helps shape cities and build sustainable communities. We're looking for a talented graduate to join our Organisational Development team as a consultant, where you'll support the delivery of OD 'Knowledge Transfer' services for allocated projects and programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the coordination and scheduling of learning on projects and programmes, including enrolments and scheduling courses using Learning Management Systems or other platforms.
  • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders internally and/or on the client side.
  • Assist with the assessment of performance and effectiveness gaps, working with projects/programmes to implement learning initiatives.
  • Align the programme of works to all relevant contractual and legal requirements related to project/programme delivery, and to the project mission, vision, and values.
  • Support the development, delivery, and adaptation of bespoke learning content that creates opportunities for personal, team, and project growth.
  • Support the identification and measurement of the value added from project/programme consultations and initiatives.
  • Produce reports on learning analysis, attendance, learning requirements, and the value added.

About You
  • A future or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree or higher in Organisational Psychology, Business Management, Education Studies, or a related field.
  • 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications).
