Key Responsibilities:- Support the management team by providing expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Develop and implement processes to optimize HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and absence management.
- Collaborate with the HR Director to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
- Lead improvement projects to enhance HR processes and procedures.
