Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated and detail-focused Human Resources Coordinator to become a part of our esteemed client's workforce. This role is designed for individuals who possess a strong enthusiasm for human resources and exceptional organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the HR department.
- Address HR and recruitment inquiries, managing communications with colleagues and candidates.
- Utilize strong communication and analytical skills to resolve issues and complaints efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic information management systems.
- Awareness of diversity and inclusion principles relevant to the HR field.
- Previous experience in a public service environment or HR setting is advantageous.

Essential Skills:
- Hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent, or demonstrate a willingness to pursue this qualification.
- Familiarity with data protection and GDPR regulations.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in a customer service-oriented role, adept at resolving inquiries through various channels.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage HR and recruitment inquiries received through various platforms.
- Stay informed about current policies and employment legislation to effectively address concerns.
- Maintain accurate personal data within HR systems.
- Adhere to monthly payroll deadlines while executing a variety of HR tasks.
- Coordinate candidate assessments and interview processes.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and information governance regulations.
