Human Resources Lead

Location: On-site daily
Are you a seasoned HR professional or a skilled HR Generalist ready to take on a pivotal HR leadership role in a vibrant and fast-paced setting?
This HR Lead position (30 hours per week) is an independent and comprehensive role that encompasses all facets of Human Resources.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist the organization in crafting and executing a robust human resource strategy that aligns with the overarching vision and values of the company.
The Human Resources Lead will collaborate closely with the executive team to establish effective recruitment, development, and employee relations processes.
This part-time HR Lead role (30 hours per week) requires a candidate qualified to CIPD level 5 or equivalent, with a solid and proven background in a similar capacity, ideally within a manufacturing context.
A thorough understanding of HR best practices and current employment legislation is crucial, along with experience in managing and facilitating change.
Key Responsibilities:1. Oversee the daily operations of HR functions and responsibilities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
2. Collaborate with the Executive and Management teams to devise and refine HR strategies that address immediate and long-term staffing needs, skill sets, and development objectives.
3. Manage intricate employee relations cases, including conflict resolution, grievances, disciplinary actions, absence management, retirement, and redundancies.
4. Ensure that all necessary HR policies and procedures are established, up-to-date, legally compliant, and adhere to best practices as outlined by relevant authorities.
5. Supervise recruitment efforts across all departments, including job postings, agency coordination, and interview processes.
6. Work with line managers to identify employee development and training needs, analyzing outcomes to ensure training aligns with business goals and future growth plans.
7. Provide timely support and guidance to line managers on all employee relations matters to minimize adverse impacts on the organization.
8. Effectively implement and manage the annual performance review process.
9. Assist with the administration of monthly payroll.
10. Maintain accurate employee records and data.
