Agenda Partnership is collaborating with a client in search of their next Human Resources Specialist. This role is independent and encompasses all facets of human resources management.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the individual in this position will be accountable for the development and execution of a comprehensive human resource strategy that aligns with the overarching vision and values of the organization.

The Human Resources Specialist will partner closely with the leadership team to establish effective recruitment, development, and employee relations processes.

Oversee the daily operations of HR functions and responsibilities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

  • Collaborate with the Executive and Management team to create and refine HR strategies that address both immediate and long-term staffing needs, skill requirements, and development opportunities.
  • Manage intricate employee relations cases, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievances, absenteeism, retirement, and layoffs.
  • Ensure that all necessary HR policies and procedures are established, up-to-date, legally compliant, and adhere to best practices as outlined by relevant authorities.
  • Supervise recruitment efforts across all departments, including job postings, agency coordination, and interview processes.
  • Work with line managers to identify employee development and training requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers on all employee relations issues.
  • Effectively implement and oversee the annual performance evaluation process.
  • Assist with and manage monthly payroll administration.
  • Maintain precise employee records and data.
  • Organize company and team social events.
A thorough understanding of HR best practices and current employment legislation is essential.
