Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Vizion Network. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering HR plans and solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters, supporting them in dealing with complex casework, performance, attendance, and employee relations issues.
  • Identify HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Deliver key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Commission services, projects, or activity that supports the delivery of HR and departmental strategies and objectives.
  • Analyse and report HR information to support benchmarking and the development of HR strategies and solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
