Primary Duties:- Manage customer maintenance requests for Ansul Fire Suppression Systems
- Organize monthly maintenance tasks for effective scheduling
- Establish new maintenance projects and service agreements
- Conduct data entry within our CRM platform
- Collaborate with internal departments and technicians to ensure timely completion
- Assist with customer inquiries and incoming communications
- Produce completion reports and billing documentation
- Monitor inventory for engineering tasks
- Carry out general administrative responsibilities
- Fundamental reading, writing, and arithmetic capabilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to perform under pressure
