  • Hands-on experience with major CRM tools like Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Silverpop, and Mailchimp.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining HTML templates.
  • A solid understanding of the complete user lifecycle, including knowledge of other marketing channels and products.
