Sales Director

Bluetree Group, the UK's largest online printer, is seeking a Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and developing our sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives commercial growth and revenue
- Manage and develop the sales pipeline to identify opportunities for growth and development
- Set, monitor, and review team KPIs to drive performance improvements in account growth
- Turn data into actionable commercial insight to leverage business opportunities
- Establish and adapt CRM strategy and systems to maximize existing client spend
- Represent Bluetree Group at key industry events to nurture existing client relationships and build new networks
- Proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve ambitious targets
- Ability to drive performance and build an exciting and driven culture
- Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate and implement effective business development plans
- Experience driving business growth in a fast-paced B2B sales environment
