Job Title: Sales Director

Bluetree Group, the UK's largest online printer, is seeking a Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and developing our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives commercial growth and revenue
  • Manage and develop the sales pipeline to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Set, monitor, and review team KPIs to drive performance improvements in account growth
  • Turn data into actionable commercial insight to leverage business opportunities
  • Establish and adapt CRM strategy and systems to maximize existing client spend
  • Represent Bluetree Group at key industry events to nurture existing client relationships and build new networks
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve ambitious targets
  • Ability to drive performance and build an exciting and driven culture
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate and implement effective business development plans
  • Experience driving business growth in a fast-paced B2B sales environment
