About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Bluetree Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and developing our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that delivers commercial growth and targets.
  • Manage and develop the sales pipeline, identifying opportunities for growth and developing business accounts.
  • Set, monitor, and review team KPIs to drive performance improvements in account growth.
  • Turn data into actionable commercial insight to leverage business opportunities.
  • Establish and adapt CRM strategies and systems to maximize existing client spend.
  • Represent Bluetree Group at key industry events, nurturing existing client relationships and building new networks.
  • Build strong, personable relationships with strategic accounts to foster collaboration and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements
  • A track record of leading sales teams to achieve ambitious targets, with the ability to drive performance and build a driven culture.
  • The ability to use data and insight to identify commercial opportunities and realize them into actionable tactics and projects.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to formulate and implement effective business development plans that deliver on both short- and long-term objectives.
  • Experience driving business growth in a fast-paced B2B sales environment.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary between £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience) + 15% bonus.
