Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our logistics team in Stockton-on-Tees, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to customers, maintaining excellent service, and adhering to delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive and deliver goods to customers across various locations, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
- Load and unload goods, handling items with care to prevent damage.
- Follow established delivery routes and time schedules to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle in good working condition, adhering to regular maintenance schedules.
- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery times and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Accurately complete delivery records and paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
- Valid UK driver's license (Category B or higher).
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role, demonstrating a strong track record of reliability and efficiency.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
- Ability to handle and lift heavy items, ensuring safe and efficient delivery operations.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the role.
