Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a sales growth strategy to expand the service agreement business in multiple countries
  • Focus on building a recurring revenue sales model with connected services
  • Lead a high-performing sales team in the UK & Nordics region
  • Manage sales budgets, plans, and team performance to achieve growth
  • Create account plans for strategic customers and introduce territory plans for sales representatives
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline for accurate forecasting
  • Implement new selling practices and tools for improved sales efficiency
  • Enhance price performance and gross margins
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience in the service-based technology/equipment industry
  • Leadership experience with remote sales teams
  • Knowledge of building services in commercial environments
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
