We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Service Sales Manager to lead the growth of the Carrier HVAC Service & Aftermarket business in the UK & Nordics region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales growth strategy to expand the service agreement business in multiple countries
- Focus on building a recurring revenue sales model with connected services
- Lead a high-performing sales team in the UK & Nordics region
- Manage sales budgets, plans, and team performance to achieve growth
- Create account plans for strategic customers and introduce territory plans for sales representatives
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline for accurate forecasting
- Implement new selling practices and tools for improved sales efficiency
- Enhance price performance and gross margins
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales objectives
Requirements:
- Experience in the service-based technology/equipment industry
- Leadership experience with remote sales teams
- Knowledge of building services in commercial environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
