Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning East Midlands Railway fleet carriages to a high standard
  • Working to tight deadlines to ensure carriages are ready for service on time
  • Providing excellent customer service through quality of work and customer-facing opportunities
  • Performing water tanking on the train
  • Working to health and safety standards in all aspects of your work
  • Occasionally working from alternative East Midlands Railway locations or traveling on trains across our network

You will be a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will have experience of cleaning duties and ideally have previously worked in a pressurized and demanding environment.

Please note that this role requires shift working, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. You must be able to travel to London St Pancras station within 60 minutes by other means of transportation, as some shifts may require you to report for work before the first train service or end work after the last train service.
