About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Train Presentation Manager to join our team in the South region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our trains meet the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness, while also providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface closely with key customers to understand their needs and expectations
- Build relationships with key suppliers to ensure the highest standards of service
- Help customers with sustainability strategies and initiatives
- Develop and carry out a programme of customer and supplier audits to ensure the highest standards are maintained
- Liaise and interact with other Alstom departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Work collaboratively to develop a customer experience strategy that meets the needs of our customers
- Manage the cleaning service provider on a daily basis, using performance KPIs to ensure the highest standards are maintained
- Support monthly contract reviews with the cleaning service provider
- Collaborate with fleet engineering to ensure maximum reliability of catering equipment and other onboard customer-facing equipment
- Work with customers to ensure that defect reporting is as effective as possible
- Build close partnerships with train operators and customers through performance reviews and feedback
- Handle customer complaints regarding train presentation
- Ensure that ad hoc out-stabled trains, blockades, and changes to train timetables are dealt with appropriately
- Seek out best practice and innovation on the market
About You

- Customer experience in the railway industry or similar
- Experience of managing contractor relationships and KPIs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
- Structured and organized with a hands-on approach
- IT skills and Microsoft experience
