Facilities Administrator Job Description

Your new company, a global leader in sustainable food and valued experiences, is seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator to join their team in London on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review subcontractor records and identify supplementary actions required.
  • Ensure all electronic filing is up-to-date to guarantee audit compliance.
  • Administer subcontractor RAMS and manage quotations.
  • Utilize helpdesk systems, such as Global Maximo, and manage Purchase Orders on SAP.
  • Develop and revise PPM schedules to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Navigate and develop the Hard Services filing structure for compliance reporting.
  • Liaise with the Communications Manager to refresh and advertise the local helpdesk function.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a facilities workspace, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge and experience in Risk and Method statements.

This role requires a skilled and organized individual who can effectively manage facilities operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
