Apleona UK is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to provide administrative support to our engineering and contract management teams. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the engineering and contract management teams, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
