Administrative Assistant Opportunity at SOCOTEC UK Limited

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Engineering team at SOCOTEC UK Limited. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the team's operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Engineering team, including maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and coordinating tasks.
  • Assist with the development of marketing materials, including those shared externally with clients.
  • Support the team in preparing fee proposal documents and reviewing formatting of reports before sharing with clients.
  • Assist with contract and commercial reviews, as well as updating and maintaining the annual CPD tracker for the team.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the team as needed, including organizing monthly team social events.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
  • Administrative/business-related qualifications desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to ensure efficient actions are taken in all areas of work.
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
  • Microsoft Office proficient.
