About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Operations Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Property and Facilities department, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and financial management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation and management of departmental budgets, including financial forecasting and analysis of P&L Balance Sheets.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Senior Facilities Manager and Property and Facilities Director, including diary management, meeting minutes, and document preparation.
  • Contract Administration: Assist in the administration of contracts, including procurement, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Project Administration: Provide administrative support for projects, including coordination, communication, and documentation.
Requirements
  • Financial Management: Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
  • Administrative Skills: Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
