The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Orderline team as an Orderline Representative. In this role, you will be the welcoming and friendly voice of QVC, providing world-class customer service and promoting engaging products to improve customer loyalty.

Your Impact

As an Orderline Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, efficiently and accurately processing customer orders, and promoting products to improve customer loyalty. You will work as part of a team to ensure our overall success and work towards achievable individual performance targets.

  • Take ownership of performance and always seek ways to improve
  • Engage with customers and colleagues, creating a people-focused work culture
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Experience using a computer is important in this role
  • Commitment and punctuality are essential within this role
