We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Orderline Representative to join our team at QVC. As a key member of our Contact Centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a world-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and accurate processing of customer orders
- Engage with customers to promote products and improve customer loyalty
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and team performance targets
