The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Orderline team as an Orderline Representative. In this role, you will be the welcoming and friendly voice of QVC, providing world-class customer service and promoting engaging products to improve customer loyalty.
Your Impact
As an Orderline Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, efficiently and accurately processing customer orders, and promoting products to improve customer loyalty. You will work as part of a team to ensure our overall success and work towards achievable individual performance targets.
What You Bring
- A desire to deliver a first-class customer experience
- Ownership of performance and a willingness to seek ways to improve
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers and colleagues
- Experience using a computer is essential in this role
- Commitment and punctuality are essential to enable us to serve the needs of our customers and work effectively as a team
